If you've collected your visa-stamped passport but your GC Key account still doesn't show a Port of Entry (POE) letter or a counterfoil update:
- Raise a webform request specifically asking for your POE letter if it hasn't appeared in your account within a reasonable time after collecting your passport.
- Follow up by email to IRCC if the webform alone doesn't produce a response — one applicant reported receiving their POE letter only after both raising a webform and emailing directly.
- A missing counterfoil update on GC Key doesn't necessarily block travel once you have your POE letter, but confirm you actually have the POE letter in hand before travelling, since that's the document typically required at the border alongside your stamped passport.
Don't assume you're clear to travel purely based on your visa stamp — actively chase the POE letter through a webform and email if it hasn't shown up in your account.
