If you want to know which visa office is handling your application, there are two main routes:
- Submit a webform request to IRCC. You can contact IRCC directly through their webform and ask them to confirm which office is processing your file.
- Wait for your Procedural Fairness / Portal Progress Report (PPR). The office assigned to your application is often shown there once it updates, so if you're not in a hurry, this will surface the information without you needing to ask.
- If your file is being handled by a specific regional office (e.g. a visa office tied to your application stream), you can sometimes email that office directly to request a status or confirmation — for example, applicants whose files route through the Singapore office have used spore.immigration@international.gc.ca and generally received a response.
Which route makes sense depends on urgency: use the webform or a direct regional email if you need an answer soon, otherwise the PPR will usually show it in time.
