You are young. Why go the route of PNP or try to learn french? Even a pgd or masters would give you the required scores to be selected under the Federal Skilled Workers Program
Meant 9988. For speaking and writing I used jay's tips on e2 ielts youtube. For reading and listening I just did past papers to see how specific they want answers
