He requested to change his irrelevant program to college just before his visa approval for the same intake. So college canceled his previous admission and he is waiting for the new offer letter. Can he enter in canada based on the previous offer letter? Any suggestions would be appreciated please. Thank you.

What’s the need of changing Course at that point ?? Why people take the risk I can’t understand/. If you get visa, reach there - change there
Arman Haryana sir in my case, I deferred from may 2022 and didn’t get seat for sept and Jan 2023 intake. That’s why i changed the course
You cannot change your DLI, once the visa is approved, and you are outside Canada.
College also issues travel documents before a student comes in.
