Foreign job of the spouse has no points but if you have mentioned it in the profile you have to submit the proofs, you shouldn't have mentioned and shared the same in personal history.

If you are NOT claiming points for spouse education , you don’t need them.

Education (ECA) and IELTS of spouse do add points to CRS.
