I am currently in Montreal and got Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal email yesterday. I didn't move to Ontario yet. Is it fine if I give my Montreal address to receive PR card? Deepvir Singh one of my know got PR card and now passport as well. Never moved outside. It usually depends how you showed your intent to move outside of quebec. In case you have doubts, move out temporarily and give that address and once you receive the pr card you can stay anywhere. But don't give Ontario address if you are not at that address or atleast you are not in Ontario.
