Hi All. Is it better to show funds and CA report of property evaluation along with SDS file or should I skip the CA report. I have a property in my name. No gap. But I was confused whether it will make my application more complicated or increase chances of rejection.. please give me some advice.

Arman Haryana there r unnecessary docs in immigration & visa processes, if not then why would IRCC mentioned required doc list? All non-relevant docs doesnt have any value & people are wasting lot of money in arranging or streamline these things/docs. … See more

Ravi Poonia there is nothing unnecessary-when you original documents, there is no harm in proving that you are a genuine student. If you have strong financials- if you don’t show them - how will visa officer know you are financially strong -

Ravi Poonia if you check the guidelines for financial..it's clearly written by cic to provide as many doc as you can at least for finance section..

In your case, even mentioning property in sop is not required since you completed undergrad last year.
