CanadaStudy Permit11Hi all, my husband had applied for student visa and as a secondary applicant mine was for work permit. Our documentation and financial supporting documents are upto date. Yesterday our application was rejected on these grounds that i have attached below. My husband has 2 sisters living in Canada in different cities. We want to re-appeal to these concerns . Please advise on how to respond back that would be appropriate and ensure positive feed back.

Since u mention two sisters already in Canada , They think u will not leave after u finished ur study. U need to show strong proof of ur home ties or u will get reject again. I think u should try EE or FSW, likelihood of going there with study permit is very low.
I think you should have applied visitor Visa for reaching Canada then study route could have been opted.
Kindly apply alone so that home ties become stronger than later u can join him.
