Have you already reached the federal stage or are you still at pnp level ? All pnp applications require a birth certificate to be provided however this document isn't mandatory at federal scale.
It shouldn’t matter as birth certificate is not mandatory as all the other documents are in sync, my spouse has the same issue but we didn’t submit birth certificate any where
