You create your EE profile and select the province you’re interested to settle in. The province will select you and send you ITA. Then you apply to the province for PNP certificate.
Ritu Sravya Reddyi that’s fine too. But if you get ITA for more than one province do not apply on both at Federal Level. That can lead to Misrepresentation and 5 year ban.
