I was checking EE draw history.. before they used to conduct CEC draw regularly.. why don't they do it now?

There were frequent CEC draws during covid, those were primarily targeting candidates already in the country.

I mean. The cut off score is hardly achievable from outside without French or siblings

CEC is already contributing the country's economy.
