CEC after one year would anyway happen..so don't consider that and ME in electricals from UOV is equally ranked good with respective to the course and curriculum and relevant job opportunities in BC..anyway good choice.
University of Victoria would have been a direct path way to PR in the stream of international graduates under BC PNP.
