If category based draw happens, do you think initial cutoff will be high and it will get reduced in subsequent draws?

The just introduce a category based draw .But the frequency and the score is purely not clear at this stage. Anyway, one thing is clear, frequency of the category based draws going to be less than general draws.

The category based is kind of similar to Ontario PNP since it will draw the same categories.
