Like 2 programs of 8 months each, so the pgwp would be 16 months or 3 years? Kindly advice. Will it make any negative impact on my pathway to PR. My preferred province is ontario. I graduated and have 10 years of experience. Please advice.

1 plus 1 earns you 3 years of PGWP. Try to get admission into some Institutes not located in Ontario or BC. You have better chances of getting a PR outside these states.
