Please guide how can I get PR from my EE profile while I’m on sowp and husband is on study visa ?

Where did you find that you cannot be primary applicant with your experience being a sowp? I will be in the same situation but I always thought that it is possible for the partner to present an RP through EE-CEC after some canadian work experience.
Your experience gained with a valid work permit will count towards CEC requirements. Even if your temporary permit is depend on your spouse's status, you can be a primary applicant in a PR application
Vini Singh is this something new then? Never heard of that and have some friends reversing the applicant to get PR quickly in 2019. I don't if it has changed since?
