My passport has been stamped on 13th February for student visa. Now, I want to change my DLI for Fall 23. If I proceed with reapplication to change DLI and am somehow refused, will my previously accepted Study Permit remain active?

If you have not entered Canada and you change your DLI you have to put in a new application
