what does the refusal letter say? She will be banned only if the letter says so or mentions about misrepresentation. If not, there should be no reason to worry and you can reapply by mentioning the issue that happened the first time
Sometimes - gcms notes does not provide right information- Saw some cases - do contact your agent again and ask
