Now while submitting the documents, we have been asked to submit the degree certificate and reference letter of the spouse but we have not claimed any points for the same. We did not claim these points because the degree certificate was not available. Please advise what to do because the same isn't available and they are asking for the same.

Do not add any educational or employment details of spouse. Add that details in personal information and then it wont ask you to submit spouse certificates or reference letters. Try that.
U nid to take off ur spouse details u provided. If u take it off they wont ask for it.
But can I change that now because I have put the same before?
