Raised one webform on 5 July after waiting for 95 days of no response. Got an update early morning after 4days of the webform. Jabir Chapti i don't know. I saw it a day earlier and it was still under process. I think it would've been under review only for a very short period of time probably less than a day's time.
Abhay Sharma to be honest idk. Ircc is very hard to predict, but i guess it did help me since I got my update only after i raised the webform.
