Hello, I am a pharmacist and I received an expression of interest from Ontario it is written that authorization is required for the ECA report and when I contacted the PEBC they told me that it only authorizes the IRCC not the provinces, what to do? Are there any pharmacists who have already gone through the Ontario expression of interest on express entry?
