However, I got the refusal, and the reason is that I didn't send the requested documents. I called IRCC and cross confirmed that, they didn't receive the documents. What should I do, my classes will begin on January 8?

Ankit Vashisht new application would be good for May intake and not the January intake. In that case my gap will be of 4 months. Which can be a problem for my future applications.

Sukh Brar you don’t have choice because they already refused it. So you need to do it again.
You need to restore your status and apply for study permit extension again.
