Is it advisable to re-apply under Non-SDS category after receiving a refusal under SDS category? If yes, then how can this be done? (Since we have paid full program fee + GIC)

Reapplying under non-SDS after an SDS refusal: attach everything, hide nothing

Prarthana Khurana Hi. Even if you select GIC as no, please ensure you attach the GIC certificate!!! Do not hide anything from the IRCC. I had a rejection the first time under SDS too and the second time I filed under non sds and attached everything that was a part of sds.

I would say yes, 3 months waiting time to get a refusal is just pathetic. Better to get any result within a month. I also have applied under non sds because sds was very stressful. Ask your agent how it can be done, not sure about this one.

You can apply in sds and attach financial documents under client information else create you gc key account and mention less than 6.0 each band score which will lead to a non sds documents checklist

Rajpreet Kaur i have more than 6.0 in each area in IELTS..is it okay if I still mention that I have less than 6.0 just for the sake of going via Non-SDS?

Prarthana Khurana you will not be misleading ircc because you are providing them with your ielts trf. Or as Arvind said, tick no for GIC .
